We have recently heard that Microsoft is concentrating applications based on the process called Cloud computing. In this article, I will explain what is cloud computing how is it important for us.
What is Cloud Computing?
Cloud computing
is the process of computing done based on Internet.
Cloud computing
facilitates
Resources, Software
and others information to be shared with other computers and devices which requires the same like Electricity Grid.
The main shift in computing was in early 1980s which was from Mainframe computers to client-server type of computers. Now the Cloud computing is another major shift after the client-server concept. In the concept of Cloud computing the details from the users are abstracted since they may not need the expertise in it and the infrastructure for the said technology is available in the internet and supports them from internet. Such technology available in the internet is known as 'in the cloud'.
Cloud computing
is an innovative way of providing new supplement, consumption and delivery model based on internet available for Information Technology services. This Cloud computing can also be called as
Web based applications or Tools
that can be accessed through a Web browser as if it is a application or Tools that was installed in a local computer. The term '
Cloud
' represents the internet in the term Cloud computing.
The uses of Cloud computing are delivery of common business applications online which can be accessed through by a software or web browser and resultant data are stored on separate servers through internet. The major advantage of Cloud computing is user defined experience and customization.

uses common centers and built on servers. The major

are
Google, Salesforce and Amazon

Information Technology
companies that are involved in Cloud computing are
Microsoft, Fujitsu, Hewlett Packard, IBM and VMware
