Simple way to shorten the URLs

Many times you might have come across very lengthy URLs which are very difficult to remember. For example, when you visit internet and find some pages or articles which are very interesting and want to share that page with your friends.
But how will you share such lengthy URLs with friends? Normally we copy and paste them and share them with friends. But it looks very odd with large number of letters and alphabets. It is really impossible to remember such URLs. To overcome this kind of situations, there is a way to shorten the URLs. A number of websites are there which can shorten the URLs.

There is a browser add-on which can do this job. TinyURL Creator is an add-on for your browser which can create shorter URL for any opened web page within 2 clicks. This add on uses www.tinyURL.com to generate shorter URLs. Once you install it in your computer, it appears next to the address bar of your Firefox browser or it can be placed where ever you like. In order to create a TinyURL for any web page, you just have to click that button and select "Select from current URL" and it will show the newly created short URL in a pop up window and the newly created URL is also saved in the clip board.
That is all.
