When your Adsense earnings reach $50, you will receive a PIN number from Google through postal mail. You need to enter that PIN in your Adsense account to get the cheque from Google when your earnings reach $100. In this article I have explained what to do in case you do not receive the PIN from Google even if your Adsense earnings cross $50.

Hi friends,

I hope all of you know that when ever your Google Adsense earnings reach about $50, Google sends you a PIN number through post to your address given in Adsense account. You need to enter that PIN in your Adsense account to get the cheque from them after reaching $100. This PIN is sent by Google only to verify that the postal address given by you in your Adsense account is a valid address or not.

Some times it is possible that Adsense publishers never receive the PIN number from Google either due to postal delay or missing of the cover sent by Google. In such a situation, you can request for another PIN from Google. This can be done upto 3 times with some interval between each request. I also had requested Google to send me another PIN when I did not receive the PIN for the first time.

But in case of very few people, there was no option to request for a new PIN when you login into Adsense account. This might be due to a technical problem on Google's side. This has happened in case of one of the members of IndiaStudyChannel website. He has reported this problem to Google and he could not get much help from Google.

But recently he was able to get some help from Google and his problem was resolved. Google also has accepted that it was a technical issue.

Have a look at the above help forum page from Google.

If you are experiencing a similar problem, you can post a message under that thread. Google is overriding the PIN request for few people if they can trust the words of the person reporting the problem.
