How to open multiple program on one click
Windows operating system batch file
is one of the easiest and simplest ways to open more than one program. It is easy to open multiple programs at once using a batch file which is easier to create and it will reduce the mouse clicks.
If you want to open a set of programs at a time like a word document, calculator, web browser and if you want to use them frequently then we can use a batch file to include all the programs that you want to open and save the file and once you double click the batch file then it will open all the programs that are included in the batch file.
In order to create a batch files you require a notepad. No additional software is required to create a batch file. Open a notepad and type the programs that you want to include in the notepad file and you can also specify the file name that you want to open with the application and save the file as filename.bat in order to create a batch file
Type the below Microsoft application that you want to open
Start is the command name to start an application and first parameter for the start command is the application name and the second parameter is optional and that you can include the file name or the web site name. For non Microsoft applications we need to include the full path of the applications program otherwise it will not open the applications.
start calc.exe
start excel.exe C:\Users\jeyd\Desktop\mytest.xls
start iexplore.exe www.bing.com
start C:\Users\jk\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\Application\chrome.exe www.bing.com
Finally save the notepad file as test.bat as extension will save the file as a
batch file (Check the below screenshot).
Now you can double click the saved batch file will open all the programs which is included in the batch file. It is one of the easiest and fastest to open multiple applications with a specific file for each application.
