How to back up and restore database

Backup Data Base:
--------------------

Step1: All programs -->Microsoft SQL Server2005-->SQL Server Mgmt studio Exp.
step2: connect to server window to click connect.
Step3: Click Data Base folder --> Then Right click Database Name folder--> task-->Back Up
Step4: open Backup window
click remove-->Click Add-->type data base name and chose the folder-->ok-->

Restore the Data Base:
-------------------------

Step1: All programs -->Microsoft SQL Server2005-->SQL Server Mgmt studio Exp.
Step2: connect to server window to click connect.
Step3: Then Right click Database Name folder--> Create New Database--> give Restore database name --> ok.
Step4: Right Click the New Database folder-->Task--> Restore--> click Database.
Step4: Restore Database Window open now.
Step5: In general-->Select From Device Radio Button--> Click Browse-->Add--> In file of type--> select All files in combo box--> Select location path from Restore Database backup file-->then ok
Step6: In restore Database window--> Click Option -->Select Checkbox--> overwrite the Existing Database
