You can share a printer in a network of Windows 7 computers. This article explains how to share a printer in Windows 7 computer network.
How to share a printer in Windows 7 network
With the help of networking, it is possible to share a printer with other computers connected to the network. So each and every one connected to the network will be able to use your printer if your PC and printer are switched on. Here I will explain how to share a printer in Windows 7 computer.
First of all open
Devices and Printers
from the
Start
. menu.
Now you need to right-click on the printer that you want to share with others. Once you right-click, you will see some options. Select the option labelled
Printer Properties
.
Now click on the
Sharing
tab and select
Share this printer
check box.
That is all. your printer can be accessed by any one connected to this network.
