Here is how to do it

1. Open Notepad and type there -
@echo off
:A
Cls
echo MESSENGER
set /p n=User:
set /p m=Message:
net send %n% %m%
Pause
Goto A

2.Thereafter save it as "Messenger.bat". Now Open the .bat file and in Command
Prompt you will find-
MESSENGER
User:
Then type IP address of computer you want to contact after "User"

3.Now it will appear like

Message:
Then type your message.
MESSENGER
User:27.145.381.178
Message: Hi

4.Finally press enter and you are ready to chat.
