1.Click start and type regedit in the search.Then press enter.

2.Pull the key HKEY_CURRENT_USER, Software, Microsoft, Windows, CurrentVersion, Explorer, Advanced.

3.Click menu Edit and then DWORD Value 32-bit.

4.Give a name to the value ExtendedUIHoverTime and double click it.

5.Thereafter select the database Decimal.

6.In the data field write 10000.

7.Finally Click ok

Atter you restart your computer thumbnails in the taskbar of Windows 7
Will get disabled .
