Using Add/Remove Programs
1.Go to control panel through the start menu.
2.Open the 'Add/Remove Programs'.
3.See the softwares that are not used by you and remove them.
Using CCleaner
1.Open CCleaner and go to tools section.
2.Then click on the "Uninstall" button.
3.It will give you a list of installed softwares on your computer.
4.Check for unused software and delete them.
