This is how to solve problem with CD OR DVD drive in your Windows 7 computer

1.Go to run command through the start menu.

2.Type regedit and click ok.

3.A Registry Editor navigation pane will appear.

4.In the Registry Editor navigation pane look for the registry subkey:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Class\{4D36E965-E325-11CE-BFC1-08002BE10318}

5.Click UpperFilters.

6.Thereafter right click on the UpperFilters

7.Click on Delete

8.In the same way delete the lower filter also.

After you restart your computer your problem with CD or DVD drive will get solved.
