Windows 8 my expectation

Microsoft is working on Windows 8 and it may be released in 2012. Windows 7 included with more features and the look and feel of the Windows 7 is same as Vista. So we can many expect some extraordinary new features in Windows 8. Here is what I would like to see in windows 8.

I would like to see the important dates for the specific culture based on our system regional settings in the taskbar calendar or we need to add the important dates like a scheduler in windows 8 taskbar calendar and it should pop up from the scheduler and there should be a provision to add daily tasks so that on daily basics it should inform out task list. Scheduler should be capable enough to accept hourly or 2 hours task and intimate on the scheduled time

A folder should be able to show the number of files inside the folder as tool tip. Windows 7 shows the file size and the file list, but the tool tip is not enough to list all the files. May be it can show the file information in the Windows Explorer bottom taskbar.

Preview of the text, docx, .pptx and other files can be shown as a preview on mouse move instead of opening in their respective applications will save some time

Desktop should be split into 2 window if you want to work with more than one user at a time. There should be a provision to share files or applications between the Windows by using drag and drop functionality so that we both users login can be used at the same time. At present we need to log off or lock the users and then we need to login to the other user in Windows Vista and Windows 7.

There should be a option to share the working session one user with other user like if I am working with XYZ users and I opened some web sites in Internet Explorer and opened some documents and other stuffs. I need to share whatever I am working with my user Id to other user , so that he can see my desktop and whatever is shown in my desktop should be shared with the other user of the same machine or other machine

Now almost all the software and Operating system supports 64 bit. When 64 bit processor is introduced all the software vendors have released 64 bit version and 32 bit version of their software. Now it is time to use the 128 bit version of Operating system and Processor. I would like to see a 128 bit version of Windows 8.

Windows 8 should include the GPS support for their Laptop.

Windows 8 should use less power, because every where we are talking about Go Green and almost everyone is using computers and the hardware manufacturers and software need to think about the power consumption to its software. Windows 8 should reduce the booting time and also it should use less power to work.

Windows 8 should include the face recognition software and finer reader software as a inbuilt to login to the system apart from using user name and password to login to the system.

Windows 8 performance, booting should be better then Windows 7.

Restoring the Windows 8 should be easy as uninstalling any software. It should restore quickly and it should not delete files other than the system files, it should only restore the default Windows OS. It should reduce the Installation time.

File transfer between networked systems, solid state drives and flash drives should be 5x or 10x faster than Windows 7

It would like to see at least 4 virtual desktop like Linux machines, Each desktop should have the their own settings and whatever is opened in one desktop can be shared with other desktops and should be able to move the applications between virtual desktops and whatever is opened in one screen can be moved or it can be shared with multiple virtual desktop. Same user or multiple users can be logged into each virtual desktops

A good built in software of Virus protection like the default OS application, we should not install the antivirus software separately, it should come up with Windows 8 OS will be easier

There should be a similar version like Apple Ipad with touch screen and keyboard with mouse as well which will be comfortable for the Business users when the move frequently or use their system frequently virtually at place.

I hope Microsoft will implement at lease couple of my expectations, because some of my expectations are common among all of the Windows users.
