Facebook Access is now free for AirTel Customers

India's biggest Telecom provider AirTel announced that it offers free access to mobile Facebook site for their 130 plus million customers. This free access will ends on August 31.

The popular social Networking site Facebook is well known competitor against Orkut. Now Facebook is targeting India to beat the race against the Orkut in India. Orkut has the most users only in India.

Already many operators offered the free access to the many social networking sites. Now the AirTel users also get this offer to access the Facebook .They can update their status and post messages and more.Airtel also announced that users can access the mobile site with many Indian languages such as Tamil, Punjabi, Bengali, Telugu, and Malayalam.

In your AirTel mobile Just type "FACEBOOK" and send as SMS to 54323 to activate this offer. You will soon receive a reply message .The message is 'free browsing of Facebook! Click on http://m.facebook.com to enjoy Free. To avail the free offer, Save Airtel Live Setting as default. Valid till 31 Aug 2010'.

The m.facebook.com site only free in in AirTel. If you browse other sites, it will be charged
