What is Disk Defragmenter in Windows 7
Disk Defragmenter in Windows 7 is most important part in computer system. Disk Defragmenter re-arranges all the files in the hard disk.
This arrangement on the hard disk improves the speed of the computer.
Whenever you install any software or copy any file from any other source of drive.
All the files are divided into small parts. These parts are stored on different location in the hard disk.
Sometimes it happens that whenever you open any file it takes lots of time to open.
It is because of its location. This makes system hard disk heavy and slow in processing.
So, it’s important to arrange all the files in proper manner. So, that computer works faster.
How to use Disk Defragmenter in Windows 7
Simply follow the steps for disk defragmenter in Windows 7:-
1)
Click on the
START OPTION
Then click on
ALL PROGRAMS
Then click on
ACCESSORIES
Then click on
SYSTEM TOOLS
Then click on
Disk Defragmenter
.
2)
Now select the drive of the hard disk which you want to defragment.
And click on
Analyze Disk
Now click on
Defragment Disk
.
After Clicking on the option defragmentation will be started and your whole drive will be defragmented.
Now see the improvement on your computer. The speed is increased a lot and it also improves the performance.
