How to copy a file or the folder in window 7?

I will explain to you the steps required to copy the file or folder from one location to the another?
Copy command
The copy command is used to either move the file from one location to another or to use in making additional copy of the file.
The following are the steps used to copy a file from one location to the another.
* Right click on the file of which copy you want to make. You can also make a copy of many files at the same time, for that you have first select all the files either through the mouse or with the help of key board.
* To carry out through the mouse drag the left cursor of the mouse on the files you want to copy and if you want to carry through the help of keyboard either use CTRL with combination of mouse or to use CTRL + A to select the all files present in any particular page.
* Then click on the copy as path or the copy option provided you on the pop up menu displayed when you right click on the file or even you can use the Cut command when you want to move the file from one location to another means to say change its position from one directory to the another.
* Select copy option then go the location where you want to copy that file and then again right click on the location and choose paste option or to press the CTRL + V from the key board, then with in the few minutes all the files and folders you are copied before will be paste pasted on that particular location.
* In case you have select the copy as path then you have to specified the path of the file and folder where you want to copy that file.
These are the step of copying a file or folder in the window 7 operating system.
