How to change the Recent Items in Windows 7 Jump List

Most of us know about the Windows 7 Jump List feature. Jump list will allow us to easily access the recently accessed or frequently accessed program, files. By default it will allow us to keep 10 recent items in Taskbar, but many of us thought that if there is option to increase and decrease the list will be great. Microsoft had given that feature also, yes off course we can increase or decrease the taskbar recent list.

How to increase recent list in Windows 7 Jump List

Here is the procedure to increase or decrease the Windows 7 Jump List item.

Right click the Windows Start menu or right click the Taskbar and select Start Menu tab

Select the Properties

Click the Customize button will open Customize Start Menu Window

At the bottom of the Customize Start Menu Window check the "Start Menu Size" panel and increase or decrease the number of recent programs or recent items in the dropdown box or directly enter the value and click "OK" button to increase or decrease the Jump list items in Windows 7
