This resource will help you to explain you to connect with Bluetooth mouse and keyboard, if you have so.

Okay!! I'll help you.what you have to do is follow the steps.
step-1
Connect a wired keyboard or mouse to your computer. Open bluetooth device in Control Panel. Don't worry!!I tell you how to open. First click on "Start", then click on "Control Panel", and then double-click

step-2
After Clicking the Bluetooth device which is not responding, and then click "Remove".
step-3
Click "Add", then select the "My device is set up and ready to be found" and then click "Next". If your device is not found, then click "Search Again".
step-4
When you get your device then select it, and then click "Next". If the device is a keyboard, exchange passkeys with the keyboard and if the device is a mouse, click "Don't use a passkey".
step-5
The rest you follow the instructions in the wizard.
Now your problem is solved
