Spot zooming, click on any spot on your display and then press the shortcut key the area is zoomed, you can draw on top of it. This is ahandy tool for presenting videos and PPS.

Windows desktop enhancement tool, the purpose is to zoom the screen. This is one of the handy tool if you are illustrating something in a meeting or presenting a video on youtube.
