Compatibility of Windows 7

Every body wants to try the windows 7 the new operating system from Microsoft.
Most of the windows users are using windows xp and their want to upgrade their windows. But before starting upgrade windows xp. It is required to see the compatibility of the windows 7.

Find the Compatibility of windows 7 :

1) Processor :- It is very important for the windows 7 to see the processor. Otherwise you will be unable to run windows 7 on your system.

i)1 GHz or faster for 32-bit or 64-bit processor
ii) 1 GB RAM for 32-bit or 2 GB RAM for 64-bit
iii) 16 GB free space in hard disk space for 32-bit or
20 GB free space in hard disk for 64-bit
iv) DirectX 9 graphics device with WDDM 1.0 or higher driver

Other requirements for Windows 7 :
i) Internet access.
ii)Graphic card according your to requirement, video playback may require additional memory.
iii) TV Tuner for Windows Media Center.
iv) Additional harware for working of Touch Screen Windows.
v) DVD/CD Drive for Windows 7.
vi)USB Flash driver.
vii) Windows XP should have 2 GB of RAM for 32-bit or 3GB RAM for 64-bit
and 15 GB of free space in disk disk.
