Drawbacks of multi booting

If you want to install more than one operating system (multi booting) in your computer, you need to have a seperate partition for each operating system. Let us see what are the drawbacks of multi booting.

1. The programs installed in one operating system will not run in another operating system. You need to install the programs in each operating system if you want to use it in each operating system.

2. If you want to switch over to a different operating system, you must restart your computer each time you want to switch over.

3. The oldest operating system must be installed first, which is frustrating if you want to install an earlier version of OS.
