MS Office: Windows Microsoft Keyboard Shortcuts

For word processing software

Ctrl + G or Ctrl + B in English: puts the selected text in bold

Ctrl + U: emphasizes the selected text

Ctrl + I: puts the selected text in italics

Shift + Tab (Left): Moves the entire selection of a tab on the left

Ctrl + Home: back to the beginning of open document

CTRL + END: go to the end of open document

CTRL + RIGHT: bring the insertion point at the beginning of next word

CTRL + LEFT: bring the insertion point at the beginning of previous word

CTRL + DOWN: reduce the insertion point at the beginning of next paragraph

CTRL + UP: Bringing the insertion point at the beginning of the preceding paragraph

CTRL + SHIFT with arrow keys: Highlight a block of text

SHIFT with arrow keys: select multiple items in a window or the desktop or select text in a document

Ctrl + Shift + N: Normal sets the selected text

Ctrl + Shift + 1 / Ctrl + Alt +1 version: Put in a section title which is the mouse

Ctrl + Shift + 2 / Ctrl + Alt +2 version: Part 2 sets the paragraph where the cursor is the mouse

Ctrl + Shift +3 / +3 Ctrl + Alt version: Title 3 sets the paragraph where the cursor is the mouse

Select a word or phrase and then Shift + F3: Change case sensitive

F2: Edit a cell. Allows you to directly use the keyboard to change the content

Ctrl + $: copy the cell above the selection and is directly in edit mode
