What are download managers

Download manager is a software that helps you to download files from the internet with an option of resuming the downloads if the connection breaks. Most of the download managers can easily integrate with the web browsers. Download managers also have additional features like virus checking , scheduling etc.

Importance of download managers

Just think how boring Internet would have been if there would have been no option for downloading your favourite songs , movies and games .Thanks to internet download managers , the situation is not there.The download managers help to resume the downloads if the connection breaks.

Examples of download managers

Some of the download managers are Offline explorer,Golzilla,Kazaa, Gnutella and bittorrent.
