In this resource i will give you the information about Rootkits. It is one of the most dangerous threats around the internet.

Rootkits are becoming more and more danger to desktop users. A rootkit is a set of tools that are programmed to install on a computer without a user's knowledge. It helps the attacker to have full control over the system with administrator's rights access.Do you think all spyware is installed without a user's knowledge? yes, its true that all spyware is installed without a user's knowledge. Some are troublesome, and some can mess with your computer pretty badly. So,you must install spyware removal software, most of the time you can get rid of it without doing a complete reinstall. It doesn't happen with rootkits all the time.
Rootkits are an incredibly dangerous form of malware. They do not spare when it comes to operating systems; Windows, Linux, Unix, and even Mac systems are vulnerable. When a rootkit is installed without your knowledge it makes a way for the attackers to attack to your infected computer and your valuable data are lost or mishandled by them.A rootkit takes over your entire system.Once the computer has been hacked then the attacker can operate you computer in stealth mode – not just to that computer, but to other computers on the network. Because of the way that rootkits are programmed, there is no guarantee that you will rid yourself of a rootkit due to its programming code.To that removal will most likely damage your operating system due to its stealth mode. The stealth mode of rootkits are the scariest part of malware; rootkits often hide malware along with themselves.Because rootkits do so much damage if left undetected, a new install of your operating system is practically something that cannot be avoided.

So you should always scan your computer through online rootkit removal scan provided by many providers like McAfee, Panda, Symantec, and other internet security manufacturers.
