Check out the review of the new iOS game Third Eye Crime Act 1 and see what is the gameplay of this game. Know the good and bad of the game, what are its features and what can you expect from this game.

Third Eye Crime is an innovative game on the mobile that cannot be categorized under the common genres. It shows an example of complete game strategy based entirely on stealth mechanics. Following the graphic novel style and maintaining the same artistic bend, Third Eye Crime never fails to keep you up strung with suspense. Developed by Moonshot Games, this game narrates a story that holds your interest key up till the end. Each chapter creates a new mystery and it becomes impossible to leave it in between without knowing what's in the waiting. And once you come to know, you want to head for more.

Storyline

Third Eye Crime is a story of a notorious art thief named Rothko, who does it through telepathy. Rothko comes to know what others are thinking. This makes his escape route easy after he compels the museum owners to disclose to him the locations of the most expensive goods. Soon Rothko mixes up with the influential politicians and mysterious figures, who put him to those jobs which he would never have taken up.

Gameplay

The Third Eye Crime game shows Rothko's telepathy with an apparent simplicity, but don't take that for granted. As per the instructions you have to drag your finger and draw a line along which Rothko will start doing his 'tiptoe'. The blue areas will stand for the actual line of visibility for each camera, enemy, and all those protective devices he will come across. If you are spotted, red pathways will flare out onto the stage, showing the places where the pursuers would believe to find you.

As a master thief you would be going around sleuthing corners right in time so that you can escape the eyes of thugs, stealing diamonds and other precious art pieces bang in front of their eyes, and letting them chase you while you reach the exit door ripe in time.

Third Eye Crime's has 120 levels where there would be occasional hit boxing and sometimes it looks like a delicate card house and at times the Third Eye Crime hides its hardest chapters behind the purchasable actions, which may force the casual players not to go ahead looking for the rest of the story.

Wrap-Up

The Third Eye Crime has executed its modifiers excellently. For example the "phantom decoy", the "guard costume", the sight-blocking box keep you busy playing with the levels in a row where you may feel a little bit bogged down as you may have to make use of a particular item in the chapter many a times.

But overall The Third Eye Crime is a conglomerate of unique idea presented both with artistic and mechanical perfection - that guarantees that the game as a singular experience in its genre stands out significantly from the crowd. As one of the Rothko's capers, the game cannot be said to be without any hitches, but frankly speaking Moonshot has done a god job in managing them to steadily steal the show with their first launch of the mobile game title. We all hope to get an equally potent sequel of the game, which can give the developers an edge to develop and tune more and more.

Pros:
Third Eye Crime has that touch control of an innovative scheme that has translated all the nuances of stealth mechanism into simple steps. The "Telepathy" mechanism makes it feel like a sleuth. The soundtrack is simply enigmatic that gets more engulfing with the aesthetic graphics presented like a novel. The storyline is throughout entertaining.

Cons:
The touch inputs can be misread leading to frustrating results. The "Perfection" rating may feel a little bit overburdening, making you go for a number of retries. Sometimes the ability modifiers were a misfit.
