. In scattered landscapes you will consume a little time to find hidden objects. You have to use your energy again and again to collect more ectoplasm. The ectoplasm is basically a visible substance that will emanate from the spiritual body during you communication with them. As you start filling up the ectoplasm jar you will unlock a number of items that will help you in completing your mission. You can earn Juju points by buying and placing things around the mansion grounds and this can be used to unlock hidden object scenes. To add spice to the game, the hidden object scenes are available in different modes such as the Standard mode without any list of objects, Blitz mode where you have the timer, spot-the-difference mode and various other. Another feature that the Dark Manor provides is the power to switch between Day and Night mode which adds to the flavor. In the Night mode, ghosts and spirit appear around and you have the chance to collect extra points which you cannot collect during the Day mode.
