Hi,

I'm using Intel Quad core processor. The one important thing that i feel comfortable with this processor is that it operates in a great speed and moreover this particular processor does not require more power for processing. Moreover in speed and reliability if find my processor to be great. I usually keep my system functioning for even more than 4 days and all and i have not seen my system slow down at all. All because of my processor. When i was planning to buy my system this processor was top in the market and i purchased it. I assembled my system on my own.

More than the RAM processor is the most important factor in a system for the speed and performance. If a low end processor is used and a high speed RAM is used then also you will not gain good speed.

Thanks & Regards

Hi,

I am using Core 2 Duo processor with 2.20 GHz with 4 GB RAM with Windows 7 64 bit operating system and I can feel the speed and performance of my computer with Windows 7. Some of the time I will hibernate the system and the still it working fine without any performance.

Performance of the operating system is based on the Processor and RAM. Performance depends on how you clean and maintain your system. If the system is filled with too much data and the system is not defragmented then also the performance of the system will get affected.

Quad processor is too good in speed with Windows 7 64 bit will make use of the 64 bit processor.
