Hello Brajamohan panda,

Google uses the Google bot to index the web pages.Googlebot is Google's web crawling robot that finds and retrieves pages on the web and sent to the Google indexer.

It's easy to imagine Googlebot as a little spider crawling across the internet, but it's the complex one.Googlebot can request thousands of different pages simultaneously.

Googlebot finds pages in two ways:
1.Through an add URL form, www.google.com/addurl.html.
2.Next By via finding links by crawling the web.

Googlebot gives the indexer the full text of the pages it finds. These pages are stored in Google's index database.

PageRank is Google's system for ranking web pages. A page with a higher PageRank is more important and is more likely to be listed in the Google's first page of search results.

Google considers over a hundred factors in computing a PageRank and determining which documents are most relevant to a query, including the popularity of the page.
Now Google adds the site loading time also the factor to determine the Page Rank.

If the sites loads faster means ,That web site has significant advantage in the Google's pagerank.

If the site loads slower means the site's page rank may low down.
