Hello JK,

I regularly clean my system. Regularly implies at least twice a week or sometimes even more frequently whenever I feel my system has slowed down.
Regular cleanup of our system helps in maintaining enough free space on the system, helps in faster performance of our system and also makes our system look clean and tidy.
In my view system cleanup involves two steps
1) Running a cleanup software like ccleaner.exe or cleanup.exe
2) Organizing the files and folders and deleting the unwanted files or folders.
It is always a good habit to clean our system at least once a month if computer is not being used too frequently. If we are using our computer more frequently and that too on a regular basis it i good that we clean it up at least once in a week or more.

I normally clean up my system at least once in 15 days. I use Disk cleanup utility of Windows 7 for cleaning up my hard drives and get some free space in the drives. We should always try to clean up our system frequently so that the performance of the system will improve.

Hi,
My computer is cleaned up whenever we feel that is is too slow.Moreover I do not perform this task.My brother does it for me as I do not know how to do it completely.
