I know you're feeling bad now. But, the problem may be with your new software or incorrect installation of software.
- Did you disconnect the phone while the update is going on?
- Did you tried to format and reinstall the software again?
- It is recommended to take it to the nearest store (Official Mobile store of specific brand) and check what happened.
- Do not take it into the local mobile stores.
