Some of you may have already noticed we have a new photobar on the right side. The earlier one was the photos of new members who have an approved photo in their profile. That is replaced with this new one which shows the top 5 members based on their Member Rank in MWC. Please note that a member will appear here only if he has a real photo in their profile. The Member Ranking is reset every Sunday. So, even if your points are increased, your member Rank may not change until next Sunday. If you belong to the Top 5 group but your profile is not listed on the rightside, check your photo in the profile. You should have your real photo and should be approved by MWC team.

Dear Mr.Tony, Well, Thanks for honouring some of the hard working members here by publishing their photos in the Right Side Bar. As Abhisek has observed previously the New members photos were equally good. I have two suggestions in this regard: 1. If the new members photos and MWC Super Stars photos are scrolled in tandum, it will be a very great piece of work from your end. 2. Even if only one category can be adopted at a time, then all the members photos may please be scrolled in a circular fashion so that it looks lively with some movement rather than looking stationery. Please compare this with Awards Section where the photos are changed in equal time intervel. If it is possible please implement it. Now, the competition has become stiff, as only Top 5 can find their place here that too with real photos. Let us see how the members rather super stars play the Snake and the Ladder Game in this new feature. Thanks for coming out in honour of hard working members! Your Co-passenger - $ati$h. Hello Tony Sir! This is a nice implementation, as this will recognise the hard works of the top five members, or assets of the website in other words. For now this is good, but after a while we may also have some emerging new members there; as promoting the seasoned members only may result in a loss of interest amongst the newbies. Also, as our friend Mr. Satishkumar has suggested, implementing the circular motion of photos will add the to the liveliness of the site rather than the still ones. Hi, That is the thing that prove that whether you are smart or not.If members work hard and smartly they would get recognition on website & even they will feel pride in being one of the 5 MWC Super Stars. However I have one suggestion to show on website. Why not to show total number of members on website since its launching. It will make other member feel proud that they are being part of ever increasing and growing website. Second we as member are somewhat family types on websites. So we would come to know how many new guests are there in our home. Isn't it? But the suggestion meant are suggestive only. Rest your choice for the same.
