Are you talking about earnings? Location does matter for Adsense ads. The customers of Google Adwords have the option to location based targeting, i.e. they can decide in which country or which part of country they want their ads to appear. Due to this you will find that if the visitor is from USA then and he clicks on your ads then you will earn much more than an average click from an Indian visitor click. This is because US advertisers spend much more on advertising compared to their Indian counterparts.
