what does the section 'graphic devices' under 'hardware and networking' deals with?
Is that about the graphic cards and related stuffs?
Does it include the reviews of the video cards?

Yes, it can include that- graphic card, video card, touchscreen and related stuff.

You have some strange doubts.. if the WMs made a category then of course it will get importance! Google is not going to degrade it because it is the only article in the category.

Yes Manu, you can post your only article too in that category. No matter where you post your article for Google to search your article, its just for the user who visits the site, the site admin categorizes the articles in different sections, so that it becomes easier for the user to search for the article easily on the website itself.
