Why can't I see my tags?

I know I am supposed to remember my tags, but when my article was sent back to me with suggestions. I cannot find the tags section in this mode.
How can I locate these? I had multiple tags and don't remember the secondary one.

Dear Latha,

As per the recent SEO guidelines and Google SEO updates tag gone less important and hence tags are hidden and less important than earlier. You can see tags at the bottom of resources.

Latha- You cannot edit your tags.

Hi Latha, once you submit your article with tags and then afterwards you try to edit the same resource article you can edit the article but tags will not be available to you to edit.
