Submission of Blog for Review-Freshersvoice.com

Hi,
I am admin of Freshersvoice(www.freshersvoice.com).My Site is Freshers Job Related blog.I hosted my blog in blogger.I started this Blog in February 7,2012.My Present alexa rank is 57,313.Now I am getting 8.5k Unique visitors per day.My Main Traffic source is from Feedburner & Facebook fan Page.I Didnot Optimized my blog in seo.So I am getting only 8% traffic from Search engine.I used Google adsense for monetizing my blog.

Please consider my site for your review and let me know your suggestions.

Prasanth,

Thank you for submitting your blog for review. 8,500 visitors per day within 6 weeks is an unbelievably high traffic. I don't think I have ever seen any other individually owned blog getting such huge traffic within few weeks.

If you get such high traffic, you probably don't need any advice. Anyway, here is my suggestions:

1. You have too many intrusive distractions when anyone come to the site, which include a popup layer asking users to sign up when they come to the site, a top toolbar, Facebook LIKE page covering a significant portion of the top area of the pages and so on...

2. You have too little descriptive text in the home page. Most of the visible area in the home page is covered by Ads and Facebook scripts. Then the remaining area has job listings with an APPLY link. It is possible that search engines could misinterpret this site as not high quality.

3. Add more descriptive text to help search engines understand what is this site all about. By seeing the job titles, Google may fail to figure out that this is a recruitment site.

4. You have used your site name as browser heading in most pages. That is not the keyword you should target. Instead, use the keywords like recruitment, jobs etc as titles.

5. Add an About Us, Contact Us and Privacy Policy pages to your site and give link to it from the bottom of all pages.

6. In the bottom AdLinks ad unit, some portion of the Ads is cut off due to your layout. This is a violation of AdSense policies.

7. You have too many Twitter, Facebook, Google+ scripts and widgets in every page. Try to reduce such scripts.

Ok sir Thank you very much for your review and valuable comments.
I will correct them. I already own freshersplane.co.in with 40k alexa rank.I just redirected traffic.So only unbelievable high traffic.
