You have a website on Weebly.com. For Google Adsense you must have your Own Domain Name and run a Website or Blog for 6 months atleast. Purchase a Domain , it just cost $10 per year.

i have a free Account on blogger.com. Well, you have said that to purchase a domain,cost is $10/year i.e. around Rs.40/month. But in where? I knew that minimum Rs.100/month.

Hi Priyabrata Das,
Adsense program doesn't have mandatory obligation of owning domain. Weebly and blogspot domains are accepted by adsense team. You need to understand basic fact that google adsense is ad revenue sharing flatform for content publishers. I have gone through your website - www.myonlinejob4u.weebly.com,do you know why your application has got rejected? I'll tell you.
It has no content at all(it filled with merely a few referral promotional banners). How can you expect adsense ads for no content. Adsense program policy requires significant content on your website. Even if you apply 1000 times for adsense by betting on content like this I am sure that you won't get adsense approval. Try to write some resources and get the impression of usefulness before applying to adsense.
