It seems there is some problem with your adsense account. your submitted adsence account is approved by MWC. But your associated adsense account has no staus from Google and it does not show your adsense profile URl at SPK. Please check it out or associate it again.
Please check your adsense account at SPK first.

When i registered to adsense it took me a year to get approved.By the way i think in USA it is easy to get approve and i am from philippines.So i do not know.
