We are hiring trainees and fresh graduates in our Bangalore office to manage our websites and write content on various topics.
Position 1: Content Writer Trainees (10 vacancies)
Educational qualification: Any degree, Computer Science preferred.
Skills: Excellent English writing skills, ability to write descriptive content on any given topic, ability to correct grammatical mistakes in articles written by others. If you do not have excellent content writing skills, do not apply. This post is almost like a reporters job in a news paper where you will be asked to write lot of content in English on a variety of topics. You must have the ability to write a lot of content using some imagination skill as well.
Stipend: Rs 2500 stipend during training period. Typical training period is 3 months, but can vary depending on how well you perform. Salary will be fixed after the training and based on your skills and performance.
Position 2: Data entry operators (5 vacancies)
Educational qualification: Any degree, Computer Science preferred.
Skills: Good English writing skills, ability to refer to various sources and create data without grammatical and spelling mistakes and without simply reproducing content.
Salary: First one month, you have to work from your own home and demonstrate the skills to gather data from various sources without grammatical mistakes. You can do this without leaving your current job and do it part time. During this period, I will train you on SEO. If I am convinced about your ability to do the job, I will give you an offer after 1 month and at that time, you can choose to join me or not. If you choose not to join me, you can keep the free SEO skills you got from me!
Position 3: Website Administrators (3 vacancies)
Educational qualification: Any degree, Computer Science preferred.
Skills: Ability to correct grammatical mistakes in articles written by others, excellent judgement skills to decide what is right and what is wrong, ability guide others, ability to work without lot of guidance
Salary: During first month, you have to work from your own home and demonstrate the skills to manage the websites. Salary will be fixed after the training and based on your skills and performance.

UPDATE: Based on some feedback below, I like to clarify that ours is a very small office and not a big IT company. If you are expecting a MNC or big IT company like career development, this is not the right job for you. Your primary benefits in this role will be, you can learn SEO and content writing skills from me which will be helpful when you look for a job in big IT companies. If you dream to work in an MNC or in a big company like Infosys/Wipro, you should consider this post as a first step only. On the other side, for houses wives and for people who want to take a low pressure, relaxed job without the tensions of working in big IT companies, I can assure decent salary in the long term.

Hi Mr John,
I am sandeep. One of my friend referred me to this site. He earned around 2500 in a month. So, I decided to try once. When i am searching your site for my friend posts, i came across this job posting. I have few questions and answers are requested from you.
1) For training you are providing 2,500 only? In a city like Bangalore, how can any one survive with 2.5?All the petrol charges,gas chargers everything increased from today including bus fare also. This is very unfair.you have to consider it again. Bangalore is one of the Costliest city in India. You are earning huge amount through advts and you are paying some good amount to people who write content here, and for people who you provide job you will pay only 2,500? without joining you, if they write few articles and by advt and revenue share of your adsense,and if they earn any contests, they will earn easily above 3000.
2) For the post of Content writing, what is the amount you will pay after training period. Don't reply as depends on your skill. Think that any body after training they will do well, What is the amount you are going to pay, specify something like above this amount.. As a person who are providing job, you have to mention this one. If you say depends means, if you increase one or two thousand, it is not worth and you have to specify whether the salary will be increased after certain time like one year, or it will be constant, although the person is ready to work with you for several years.
3)I think for data entry in Bangalore, very small company will pay 5k, you are saying no salary for the first month. I am dam sure, no one will join for this.
4)What is the salary for Website administrators?
Apart salary, will you provide anything else?? Just salary, no other benefits?
5) Apart providing job will you provide the people any career or just you will take articles from them and get some good advt revenue from Google and pay less amount to the unlucky people who are going to join you? What can they expect from you? What will be their future if they join and work with you?
I am sorry, since i am very harsh on you. I am also a fresher who got job recently in an MNC in Bangalore, and I know how difficult for a person to stay with less amount. I want to refer my friend for this, but seeing the salary amount, OMG it is very unfair man. Provide them with some good amount,they have to stay,they have to eat something, they have to keep some amount and they have to build their feature.
I am expecting reply from you. I know, I am rude, but you have to reply.

Here is the answers to your questions.
1) For training you are providing 2,500 only?
I am ready to pay much more than that, but then you will have to pay the training fees. I will charge for my time I spend to train the trainees. Being an expert in the field, I charge pretty high amount. Obviously, you can choose not to pay the training fees and not to join as a trainee.
There are 100s of training centers in Bangalore where you have to pay and get trained and there will be no stipend what I offer.
Of course, in this case, you are trained by working with me. You will do some work and I will spend my time to correct your mistakes to educate you. If you are confident that you do not need training, you should be able to find a better job where there are better salaries. Why bother about this trainee post?
2) For the post of Content writing, what is the amount you will pay after training period.
The salary can be anywhere between Rs 5000 and Rs 15,000 depending on how well you can do the job. Obviously, you must meet my expectations to perform this job to qualify for selection after the training.
4)What is the salary for Website administrators?
Apart salary, will you provide anything else?? Just salary, no other benefits?
Same salary structure as above. There will be no other benefits.

My primary goal is to get the job done. I will be expecting people to write articles for me. If you are expecting a great career development with me, probably this is not the right place for you. I just want to say it upfront. It will be much for you to join big companies like Wipro or Infosys for a better career and future.
I do not run a big company to offer great career development for anyone. Instead, I run a small office and this will be an ideal opportunity for a beginner to get some experience and then find a better job elsewhere. I would be more than happy to provide experience certificate, career guidance tips and also you will be able to get good experience in SEO oriented content writing.

You mentioned I would be taking revenue from the articles and give less amount to the people who join me. You are 100% right on it. To do otherwise, I have to be running a charitable organization (which I do outside this business) or there has to be something seriously wrong with my brain!

I was also a fresher about 15 years ago. I have gone through a lot of struggle. I am not offering this job for lucky or smart people like you who can get a job in MNCs. Instead, this training offer is for people who already live in PGs or lodges and looking around for job in the city. I am not charging huge money to get trained with me, instead, I offer some stipend for the fresh graduates who are already here looking for a great job in MNCs.
If my job post gave an impression that I am offering a great career, I apologize. More than a great career, this job should be taken as a first step in building a great career with a great company in future. For the people who already agreed to join me, my personal assurance to them was, I will help them learn a lot so that they can build a great career with a great company eventually. I am not blocking their college certificate or passports with me. I am not demanding anyone to give me any bond to stay with my small office for years. Instead, my trainees can join me to learn while doing the work for me and leave me anytime they find a great career for them in a big company.

Hi Tony,
Thanks for creating good opportunity for graduate youngsters. The learning phase is very important, I like share my teachers guidance after graduation, he said "If any company give you a job is like opportunity don't worried what salary they offer, because you have to trained first". Also they advised If some company not pay you for training session don't worried try to learn things.
The above statement is much more important for any fresher graduate. For example you are a IT graduate and looking for a job, but you not get recruiting then this is best opportunity for you. Try to learn things here side by side try to getting job. Sure you will impressed interviewer when you share your work profile.

1. Is the work for all the three positions a home-based one, I mean is it a work from home job?

This is Sagar Kakde, I am an IT Engineer. I am very much interest in internet related things. I also participate in web designing competitions and I won few of them. Hi All,
I would like to say few words about Tony, when he is in US, we used to have conversation over phone and I still remember his words of coming to India and going to start a small company and hiring few content writers and Web Administrators. As you know he is no longer with US and employeed in any private firm. He is now in India running his own business. In this time starting a company and giving job oppourtunity for freshers is highly apprecitiable. I agree that the stipend being provided by Tony is not enough to survive, this job is not for the people who can live with this expense in Banglore. This job can be suitable for freshers who are getting monetary support from their family and trying for job in MNC. I am working in DNS Tony's website for more than 5 years and getting only mere amount from the site, but the amount of knowledge that I had gathered from that website placed me in CTS now. These is what the outcome you can get when you work with Tony.

I think this post is for all who want to earn some money from writing articles. Those who are passionate writers should surely apply for this post provided, they do not have very high salary package offers from other institution or organizations like Infosys or Wipro.
