Clarification on winner announcement of "Mega resource contest: Windows 8"

Dear Members,

Thanks to all the members who participated in Mega Resource Contest. We are a bit late to announce the winner for this contest due to some reason. We had entries only from three members for this mega contest. From these three members only one member is eligible as per the rules of Mega Resource Contest". So there is no contest left.

The three participants are,
Raghav, Chirag Sachdeva and Jeevan Kumar

Only Chirag Sachdeva is found to be eligible for the contest. So we are giving him a consolation price for his great work. Mr. Chirag Sachdeva will get 100 extra points and Rs 100 cash.

We hope we will get more active participation from all the members of MWC.

Abhishek,

I did not understand whether Chirag is the winner or not. On one side you are telling Chirag is eligible and on the other hand you are telling that he will get consolation prize. Why consolation prize when he is the winner.
