The P20 lite is powered by HiSilicon Kirin 659, and the GPU available is Mali-T830 MP2. It comes with 4GB of ram and 64GB of internal storage.
Camera: The main difference comes in with the camera. The P20 pro comes with one of the best smartphone cameras available in the market. It comes with Triple camera setup: 40 MP (f/1.8) + 20 MP B/W (f/1.6) + 8 MP (f/2.4), and is equipped with optical image stabilisation. The P20 pro can shoot videos at 4k at 30fps, 1080p FHD at 30/60 fps and 720p HD at 960 fps(Slow-motion).
The P20 lite comes with a dual camera setup: 16 MP (f/2.2) + 2 MP, and can shoot videos at 1080p FHD at 30 fps.
Software: The P20 pro runs EMUI 8.1 based on Android 8.1 Oreo, and the P20 lite runs EMUI 8.0 based on Android 8.0 Oreo.
So these were the major differences between the P20 pro and P20 lite, there are also some minor differences like the P20 lites has the 3.5mm audio jack while the P20 pro lacks it.
The P20 pro comes with a 4000mah battery and the P20 lite comes with a 3000mah battery.
