Oppo has built the marketing campaign of Oppo F1 on its camera features. The device has a 13 MP rear camera with f/2.2 aperture. In fact, it features a decent camera package at the price point it has been launched. The camera app is impressive enough. It provides you several ultra modes. The ultra HD mode claims to shoot images with a resolution of 51 MP. It definitely has the best in class camera. Then there is the 8 MP front snapper. Oppo has a tag line that reads " selfie expert" for the F1. The front camera has wider aperture at f/2.0 which lets in more light into the camera. The screen itself will act as flash when taking selfies.
The phone runs on Android Lollipop 5.1.1. Customised by Color OS, it has the latest version 2.1.0i. It has a completely different makeover to Android ecosystem with its own lock screen, icons and settings. There are a huge numbers of gestures that are supported.
Battery and other features
Oppo F1 has a 2500 mAh battery which does not give any better backup. It has the best fast charging technology. As for connectivity, it has a hybrid MicroSD/dual SIM slot. Other regular connectivity features like WiFi, Bluetooth and GPS among others are supported.
