By default, Karbonn Titannium S5 will not get Android Kit kat update. The manufacturer seems to have given a miss to the update due to the low end hardware used in the phone.
However, if you are willing to take risk, you can root your device and then install the Kitkat 4.4 ROM on your device. It is advisable to follow the guidelines properly. Please note that this is the unofficial method. It will void your warranty. Also note that if some thing goes wrong with the process, your phone may get bricked.

Delinquently, you may not be able to get the latest andriod updates, as there is no news coming from the side of manufacturers about the latest andriod update in the device but if still you have a keen eagerness regarding the latest andriod updates, you may use the method of rooting.

Rooting is a method which allows users of Android mobile phones or tablets to attain full privileged control over the device and various Android subsystems. It also provides you to acess administrative permissions.

If you are interested you can follow this method but please follow the guidelines properly and also you must keep this thing in your mind that rooting is not any official method, so do it on your own risk.
