You have not mentioned the operating system of the phone you have been using. I would assume that you are using an Android device.
There are a plenty of third party apps that promise to help in recovering the deleted videos. You may need to use one of them to check if it works for you.

1. Android Data recovery
You will need to install the software on your PC. Then connect your phone to the PC and follow the instructions. You can download it from the link http://www.recovery-android.com/recover-android-photo-video-music.html

2. Wondershare Phone recovery
This again works the same way as above. The success rate depends on the state of your deletion process. Download it from the link http://androiddatarecovery.co/recover-deleted-picturesvideos-from-android-phonetablet/

As a sidenote, I would advice you to set Auto Backup on your phone to save you from such situations in the future. Having your photos and videos backed up to DropBox or Google Drive will help you recover them in case you accidentally delete them.

You can use 3rd party apps as told by Timmappa Sir, along with that if you have done a backup of the system or enable automatic backup to either Cloud storage or your Gmail account then it will be a very good news for you.

Other than that you can also visit customer care and talk to them. If you haven't removed cache files then 99% you can get your file back.

Best of Luck
