Some of the options that I have found by googling are :

Micromax CanvaTab P40 - This tab seems to have some moderate reviews.

Dellvenue 3000 - This tab is not popular as Dell tablets didn't get much traction due to their design, but as a phablet it looks good.

Lenovo A7-30 - This tab is good for the price and comparing the specs, you may find it much better.

HP 7 Plus- This tab is cheap and specs are good too. I personally found the screen size good.

I think if you pick from one of these options then you are likely to find your needs met.

A few good calling tablets under Rs.6000 are -

1.LENOVO TAB 2 A7-10
It is an excellent value for money. Available at Rs. 4800 on SnapDeal, it offers you some decent features. It lacks rear camera though, but has a front camera for video calling needs. It runs a few high end games easily. It does have 8 GB internal memory and can support upto 32 GB of memory expansion.

2. Micromax FunBook
It comes with a a free keyboard and cover. Sad thing is it does not have Bluetooth and the internal memory is just 4 GB. It has some decent battery backup, but the tab suffers from some serious performance issues. The tablet is available for around Rs. 3500 to 4000 on Amazon, Flipkart and SnapDeal.

You can use this as a large screen smartphone. It has Dual SIM support. But it just does the most basic things. The camera is not good enough. Performance leaves a lot to be desired. You can buy it on Amazon for Rs 4999.

It is one of the stylish tabs available at this price range. It comes with an impressive 16 GB internal memory. Powered by a quadcore processor, it runs almost all high end games. Memory expansion options are available upto 32 GB. Only flaw with the device seem to be the charging issues. The tab has been reported to be taking a long time to charge , or sometimes doesn't charge at all.
The tablet is available at Rs. 4300 on Amazon, SnapDeal and Flipkart.
Please note that tablets at this range are meant to do the basic things. They cannot be guaranteed to be top performers. I would advice you to opt for them only if you are on a shoestring budget. If you can stretch your budget a bit, there are better options available.
