Not sure what office resources exactly mean.
However, if you mean documentation management then you have apps like Copy, Onedrive, Google Drive and Dropbox. Choose one from them.
If you want to edit Word or Excel on mobile or tablet then you need to download Office365 App. It is free upto certain monthly usage.
If you want task management or project management app then Asana and Trello are good apps.
If you want to have a communication between the teams then Whatsapp and Skype are good options.

Here are a few good Android apps for office management –
1. Docs To Go
It is one of the long standing apps on PlayStore. It has millions of downloads so far. It has good cloud storage support. It can also be used as a PDF reader. It is available as freemium model wherein you can have the basic features for free and can opt for in-app purchases for advanced features.
2. Kingsoft Office+PDF
One of the good office apps, it is regularly updated. It does have good support for multiple languages and also supports multiple file formats. It also has cloud staorage support as well as support for EverNote.
3. Microsoft Office App
The official app from Microsoft, this is totally free on Android. But the app is too slow with updates. It needs you to have a Microsoft account to use its full functionality.
One of the premium apps, it has some unique features. You can convert your PDF files to Word using the app. It has cloud storage support and compatibility with large number of file formats.
5. Polaris Office
It is available in the freemium model and has some great feature sets. It has its own cloud storage and supports other cloud storage services. Chromecast support is provided on the app. Sometimes, the app tends to be buggy.
