No those are old Nokia Devices working on S60 OS. At that time of launch I don't think people knew about OTG Cable, so you can't use it.

The concept of USB OTG did not exist at the time those phones launched. Also such functionality cannot be added via software updates. Your Nokia X2 cannot have OTG support.

No, Nokia X2 smartphone doesn't supports the OTG cable. So the users will not be able to connect any external pendrive to their Nokia X2 smartphone.
