AMD Sempron Processor is not cable to run latest games even if you add graphics card. This processor is capable to run games that were released before the year 2006. Any games released after 2006 won't run with this processor even if you install a graphics card.
Even if you upgrade your CPU to AMD Phenom 2, I am not sure whether it will support all latest game without graphics card. Because latest games are optimized to run on graphics card. With graphics card, yes it can run latest game. AMD Phenom 2 supports ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX660 graphics card.
You also need at least 4GB of RAM. With 4GB of RAM you can play any games with minimum video quality.
What will it cost you?
AMD 3.3 GHz AM3 Phenom II 560 Processor - Rs. 5,140
ZOTAC NVIDIA GTX660 192-bit 2 GB DDR5 Graphics Card - Rs. 12,790
Total - 17,930 (excluding RAM)
I know this is pretty costly. Game demands lot of resource. Especially it requires graphics card which cost you a lot. A new gaming laptop with this configuration will cost you above Rs.50K.

Thanks for your valuable reply bro,
Special thanks for checking my PC configuration and replying according to it.
I do have 4GB RAM but not a great processor. I know AMD Phenom 2 Processor is available at various online shopping sites for around 5,000 , but I am confused whether it can support latest games without any graphics card.
Now, without any graphics AMD Sempron can support FIFA 12, but not Prince Of Persia Forgetten Sands or NFS Most Wanted2 by Criterion games. I don't want to play latest "High-end" games but some good games.
Can I play such games with low-cost graphics cards, not like the one mentioned above?
If can't, installing a new motherboard with AMD FX-6300/FX-8350 processor will make it possible.
Once again thanks for your accurate reply and please led me to a correct conclusion.
