Both OnePlus One and Asus Zenfone 2 smartphone comes around the price tag of Rs 20,000 and also features some eye catching features. So now, let's find out who wins between them in terms of their overall performance.

Display: There's not much difference in the display specs and both smartphones fare equal against each other. But Asus Zenfone 2 has a little bit more PPI (Pixels Per Inch) than OnePlus One as it has 403 PPI and OnePlus One has 401. So this doesn't make much difference.
Winner: Its a tie here!

Hardware: Both features 2.5GHz quad-core processor with both having different processor make. Also, both provides the same amount of internal storage to its users, i.e, 64 GB. But in RAM, Zenfone 2 gets a leap over OnePlus as Zenfone provides an unbelievable 4 GB of RAM whereas Oneplus provides 3 GB of RAM.

One Plus One and Zenfone 2 have almost similar feature sets. A comparative analysis will help us understand the major differences between the devices.

Design
Both the devices share a plastic build. They are made of all polycarbonate body. But the One Plus One has additional features that make the device look more premium.It has sandstone textured back. Chrome rim on front side adds to the premium look. Zenfone 2 on the other hand is more ordinary in looks. Volume rockers on the device back remind of LG's design.
One Plus One is lighter at 162 grams compared to the 170 grams Zenfone 2.

Display
The devices share the same spec sheet on paper. They have a 5.5 inch LTPS LCD screen at 1080x1920. Zenfone 2 has a little better pixel density. But One Plus One gives better output. Colors are warmer on Zenfone 2 and thus look dull. Viewing angles are okay, but outdoor visibility is too bad. One Plus One gives brighter and richer color reproduction. Outdoor visibility s also good.

Software
One Plus One runs on Cyanogen 11 OS based on Android KitKat 4.4.2. Cyanogen OS offers a lot of customisation features. It can be upgraded to Cyanogen 12 based on Lollipop.
Zenfone 2 runs on Android Lollipop but is customised by ZenUI. It is one of the classic examples of heavy customisations that makes you craving for stock android experience. Zenfone has added too many unwanted apps which could have been avoided.

Performance
Zenfone 2 is powered by 2.3 GHz quadcore Atom Z3580 processor and PowerVR G6430 GPU. It has 4 GB RAM. One Plus One on the other hand is powered by 2.5 GHz quadcore Snapdragon 801 processor and Adreno 330 GPU. The device has 3 GB RAM.
Zenfone is a beast in multitasking. It matches high end phones like Samsung Galaxy S6. One Plus One is not bad either, but not as faster as the Zenfone. The Zenfone 2 beats One Plus One in gaming experience as well.
Zenfone 2 has been found to have some heating issues.
The One Plus One has no expandable memory slot.

Camera
Zenfone 2 has a 13 MP rear camera with Autofocus and Dual LED flash. There is a 5 MP front camera. The rear camera struggles in low light. It results in paler images.

If user have a look on hardware side then there is no major differance between One Plus One and Zenfone 2 as there is slight differance between the hardware but software wise one plus one can be able to run Kali linux nethunter which is the best tool for ethical hackers and pentester.One plus one device can help user to work in organization. Professionaly i would like to suggest one plus one device.

Display : Both smartphones are having IPS LCD capacitive touchscreen of 5.5 inches with a resolution of 1080 x 1920 pixels.

Memory : Both smartphones have 64 GB internal memory. OnePlus One has 3 GB RAM while Zenfone 2 has 4 GB RAM.

Camera : Both devices have rear camera of 13 MP and front camera of 5 MP.

Connectivity : Both of them support WLAN, Bluetooth, GPS, microUSB and USB OTG connectivity.
