    Hi
If you have tried up all the tricks, then stop trying something else with it or you will damage it seriously. Just don't loose your hope and pick up your mobile and go to any Nokia care(Now Microsoft) and tell this problem to them. They will definitely solve your problem and would charge you around 100 Rs.

Firstly you need to be sure if you have tried all the tricks and codes to open up your device. If you are sure then there is only one way to get your device open which go to the nearest Nokia care and tell the employees about your problem. They will solve the problem with your device and then you can open up your device.

    My experience,
I have also lost the security password of my smartphone many a times but then I simply reset my smartphone and get the security code removed. And then I can open up my smartphone easily without any code. And after strucking several times on this problem, I have just removed the security code on my smartphone so as to not get in this same trouble again.

    Regards,
    Aman

I find that the harder I work, the more luck I seem to have.

Nokia phones are known to suffer from these issues. Even the phones with the erstwhile Symbian operating system had been found to face this issue quite often.
Only option to solve such issues is to get the OS re installed which can be done at a local Nokia care center. One more issue you could face Is that most of the Nokia care centres have already been shut down and you should be really lucky to get a store near you. If you can't find one, you may need to visit any reliable local mobile repair service.
