I would suggest Dell Venue 7 Cellular 16 GB Tablet. It support 4G/LTE/HSDPA+ which is the fastest internet connectivity. The battery is non removable 4550 mah one. It supports pen drive via OTG cable. The Android version out of the box is Android 4.4 (KitKat).

If you are looking for tablet with fast internet connectivity then have no second thoughts for it.
