I normally face this message while copying files or images in Windows 7 OS.
The message:

"Are you sure you want to copy this file without its properties"?

I do not know, what is property of a file? What happens when copying takes place? Please let me know every details of this problem and its solution.

Are you copied to a NTFS partition? As per what I've read, this problem is caused when the files in question have multiple streams of data. It's deprecated since Windows Vista. It's a non-issue most of the times. Files with extra data forms such as copied from Mac or Linux or even from digital Cameras can display this message as it removes extra "data streams".
