Would Windows 10 also have .dll missing files issue like in Windows 8

Did you notice any .dll missing problems in Windows 10? Is it safe to upgrade from Windows 8 to Windows 10 and be assured that you won't find any dll missing error?

I am quite disappointed with the unresponsive gaming performance of Windows 8. Every time I try to open a high end game, some .dll file missing error hits the screen. I know the problem can be resolved but as you know a games has no patience, so I am waiting for Windows 10 as it seems to promise all goodness.

But what if Windows 10 would have same .dll problem? Has Windows 10 technical preview showing some signs of gaming? Or it is better to get back to Windows 7.

I'm using Windows 10 in VMware workstation. I didn't face such issue of dll missing. But if you try to play heavy games like assassin's creed 4 without having graphic card and direct X, you may face the problem.

The games when you try to launch will give dll missing if and only if you didn't installed latest graphics drivers supported by your motherboard, latest direct x is not installed or .NET framework is not installed.

Thanks for your valuable information but it is wrong! .dll missing file error only hits the screen when really a .dll file is missing. By the way I'm using Windows 10 directly on PC. It is cool but there are only a few compiler (.dll) files preloaded and that is not enough to run a heavy game.

Some .dll files which I found to be very important to run games like Call of Duty Ghosts, NFS Rivals and Medal of Honor Warfighter are binkW32.dll, D3DCompiler_43.dll, d3dx9_43.dll, d3dx11_43, steam_api.dll and xinput1_3.dll.

Graphics card doesn't matter in regard with such issue and for your doubt clearance, here is the configuration of my PC; an Intel Core i5 processor, a 2GB AMD Radeon Graphics card, 4GB RAM and much more!
